Our home and our cats

Welcome to Leopard Moon.

We are a small Bengal breeding program in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our cats live in our home, sleep on our furniture, follow us from room to room, and are loved as family.

Home comes first

Our cats live with us.

Leopard Moon is our home, not a kennel. Our Bengals are part of our everyday routines. They play with us, curl up beside us, steal our seats, and make sure they are included in whatever we are doing.

That matters because kittens learn from the world around them. Ours grow up hearing household sounds, meeting people, being handled, and learning that home is a safe place.

We also want families to know the adult cats behind their kitten. You will see our mamas and papas throughout the site, including the ordinary photos that show who they really are.

Our north star

Family first.

All Leopard Moon cats live underfoot as house pets.

They are not breeding inventory.

They are not livestock.

They are members of the family who happen to be part of our breeding program.

What matters here

Healthy cats, happy homes, and honest conversations.

01

Health comes first

Our breeding cats are genetically tested, HCM screened, and tested for PKDef and PRA-b.

02

Four unique bloodlines

Our program includes four unique bloodlines. Every Leopard Moon cat carries glitter coat genes, and our lines can produce brown, silver, and snow Bengals.

03

The right home matters

We take time to get to know each family because every kitten deserves a safe, loving home for life.

Life at Leopard Moon

Raised in the middle of family life.

Our cats eat, nap, play, and grow up together in the heart of our home. These everyday moments are exactly what Leopard Moon is built around.
